Ipswich Grammar School

Ipswich Grammar School is one of Queensland’s leading independent schools (in Australia), catering to boys from Prep to Year 12 through the outstanding education offered to day and boarding students. As one of Queensland’s first schools, Ipswich Grammar School is steeped in history. The original school building, known as the Great Hall, has been lovingly restored and still stands today as a monument to over 150 years of educating boys. This fine gothic structure is nestled amid a complex of modern facilities including a Precinct of The Arts, Auditorium, Science building, Information and Technology Centre, Library and Resource Centre, Industrial Technology and Design workshops, gymnasium, heated pool, and the multi-purpose Sports Dome. The Ipswich Grammar School Sporting Complex is just a five minute drive away. The Risson Centre that stands onsite, caters for sporting functions and is also recognized as a leading conference and seminar venue. The facility hosts GPS cricket, rugby, football, cross country and other outdoor activities and has eight international standard tennis courts and a clubhouse.

Ipswich Grammar School became a client of mapformation in March 2016, after periodic discussions concerning the development of a new campus map for the institution. Finished artwork will be provided to Ipswich Grammar School in the Spring of 2016.
