Who owns the copyright to the artwork that is developed?
We assume that our prospective clients own all of the imagery that they would be asking us to modify going into a project, and copyright/ownership issues would not change hands as a result of our efforts to modify and/or maintain the artwork. If a prospective client did not own the images they were asking us to modify and/or maintain prior to asking us to complete our work, then we should not have been asked to complete the project from the very beginning, and we assume no liability as a result of a client misleading us on the issue of copyright ownership as a result of this process.
