The Village of Waterloo hired Jacks River Communications to develop a 3D perspective map illustration of their community in effort to promote it as a destination for potential visitors, businesses and residents. mapformation inherited the artwork when Jacks River Communications owner and illustrator Michael Karpovage elected to join our larger team.
