TimeStream Software hired mapformation in the Spring of 2011 to develop maps of Walt Disney World Resort properties using Adobe Illustrator software. Finished artwork was delivered in April 2011, in .ai and .pdf formats.
I wanted to take a moment to let you know how pleased we are with your outstanding work developing our maps for the four theme parks of Walt Disney World Resort. We contacted you with a tight deadline and, instead of making excuses, mapformation proactively provided solutions for meeting that deadline, immediately grasped the concept of what we had in mind and began delivering maps of superior quality and detail which far exceeded our expectations, all while communicating with us on a regular basis. Your willingness to accept our ideas and changes, as well as contribute your expertise and suggestions, resulted in the development of four maps which we feel are the most detailed available today for any of the Disney parks.
